The cajun creole restaurant and Black San Diego hosted local Black owned businesses for a Juneteenth celebration block party in North Park on Friday.

In this six-week course, students will explore the fundamentals of 3D design while working hands-on with clay. Students will learn how to transform a lump of clay into a variety of forms, learning pinch, coil, and slab building, and creating a final project that showcases their skills. Ceramics offers a multi-sensory learning experience that supports different learning styles and encourages problem-solving, fine motor development, and confidence through experimentation and revision.
