  • What if this year felt different? More centered, more intentional, more yours. It all starts with a single, peaceful moment. Join us for the first Bantaba of 2026, where we’ll trade the hustle for harmony. We’ve created a beautiful, one-hour experience to help you connect with your intentions through gentle movement, quiet reflection, and the simple joy of growing. Forget the crowded gyms and overwhelming resolutions. Let’s begin 2026 differently: with intention, gentle movement, and the simple magic of planting a seed—both in the soil and in our hearts. You are invited to a very special Bantaba, designed as a one-hour sanctuary to pause, breathe, and connect. We’ll ease into the year with: A warm, welcoming circle to set our intentions. A gentle, 20-minute garden inspired yoga stretch session to awaken the body (all levels welcome!). A peaceful, hands-on ritual to symbolize your personal growth for the year. A moment to share a cup of soothing, artisanal tea as a community. And to carry the calm home with you, each guest will receive a special gift kit to create your own quiet tea-time sanctuary. This is your year to bloom. Let’s plant the first seed, together. Visit: January Bantaba Onyeka Tefari™️ CMT CMLDT RYT on Instagram and Facebook
