  • Join us for a magical experience blending sound healing, creativity, and tarot readings, it's all about the Frequency of Love! You are invited into an evening of reflection, creativity, and heart-led connection. The Frequency of Love is a gently guided experience weaving together sound, intention, and intuitive creativity. Through a grounding sound bath, a guided sun catcher painting on acrylic, and the reflective wisdom of tarot, we’ll explore the many ways love moves through us. Love for self, for others, and for the present moment. The evening begins with painting a sun catcher on acrylic, designed to be accessible and intuitive, no art experience needed. This creative portion focuses on process over outcome, allowing color, movement, and intention to guide your piece. From there you'll be guided through meditation and a sound bath, using the soothing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls to help calm the nervous system and open the heart space. We’ll close with tarot, offering gentle insight and symbolic reflection around love, connection, and inner truth. This is a supportive, judgment-free space meant for slowing down, exploring, and creating from the heart. What’s Included: -Yoga beds, pillows, blankets, bolsters and eye masks provided for your comfort -Water, tea, 0% white wine (no alcohol) -Art supplies Visit: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/the-frequency-of-love-sound-bath-sun-catcher-tarot-tickets-1980928383119 The Meditation Nook on Instagram and Facebook
