  • At the height of summer, The Blank Table invites you into another undisclosed setting for an evening designed to surprise, inspire, and connect. With only 60 seats available, this experience is intentionally intimate. Guests are able to fully engage with the food, the environment, and each other. The location remains a secret until the day before, preserving the sense of discovery that defines every dinner. Expect a multi-course tasting menu paired with innovative cocktails, alongside immersive sound and design elements that shape the energy of the space throughout the evening. This is where culinary precision meets cultural storytelling. Where strangers become part of something shared. There is nothing else like this in San Diego, and that is by design.
