In this workshop, you’ll explore a hand-building technique called ‘pinching’ to create a small vessel or plant pot, perfectly-sized for succulents or herbs. This beginner-friendly project focuses on forming pots using just your hands—no tools or wheels needed! You’ll learn how to shape, smooth, and personalize your pot while enjoying a relaxed, creative time. And, when you’ve completed your project, each student will choose from a variety of glazes for the piece to finished in. It’s a great way to get your hands dirty and your creativity flowing while making something ready for use (after it’s been fired)! Grab a friend, enjoy some clay therapy, and discover the joy of crafting with clay!
