San Diego Unified School District will increase the number of Transitional Kindergarten classrooms around the district by 10% and reduce class sizes from 24 to 20.

Schools in the Spencer Valley School District closed at noon Thursday due to inclement weather and hazardous road conditions.

Those who violate the policy will be ejected "and may face additional sanctions," the club said.
