Electronic waste will be banned from California landfills next week, along with other categories of what's called "universal" waste, which includes heavy metals that pose environmental threats. Host Tom Fudge talks with some of the people who are trying to create systems to dispose of e-waste and educate homeowners about the things they can no longer throw in the trash.
