Voters head to the polls tomorrow in California. Along with the primary election, there's a special runoff race to replace convicted former congressman Randy Duke Cunningham. KPBS Reporter Ed Joyce has details.

Political observers are watching the 50th district race between Democrat Francine
Busby and Republican Brian Bilbray. Pundits say the outcome may be a bellwether on how well the Republicans do in November.

Voters also decide on two state and five local propositions. Four San Diego City Council seats are up for grabs as well as two County Supervisor positions. Democrats Steve Westly and Phil Angelides are vying for the chance to take on Governor Schwarzenegger in November.
