KPBS Reporter Follows Schwarzenegger's Trade Mission to Mexico
Tom Fudge: Last week was a big one for Arnold Schwarzenegger. He won re-election by a landslide early in the week. Later in the week, he turned diplomat and traveled to Mexico to meet with that country’s president.
The purpose of his trip was to promote trade and California agricultural products. He also tried to please his Mexican hosts by taking a few shots at American immigration policy. Schwarzenegger met with President Fox in Mexico City. He met with incoming President Vicente Calderon in Monterrey. KPBS Reporter Amy Isackson followed the Schwarzenegger caravan to Mexico City.
