4:15 p.m. -- Mayor Sanders said Governor Schwarzenegger will return to Qualcomm stadium tonight to make sure San Diego residents have everything they need. Sanders said his office will coordinate with the state to ensure water, food and supplies are ample.
Sanders said he also wanted to thank the U.S. Navy for their great assistance with cots, blankets, and air assets. A second larger shipment of supplies is expected to arrive within a day's time.
