California Power officials say there is a transmission emergency for the third straight day. KPBS Reporter Erik Anderson has details.

Wildfires in San Diego county continue to strain the region's ability to move electricity to customers.

Greg Fishman works at the agency that controls California's power grid. He says high voltage power lines in San Diego County are having problems.
