Plastics are choking our oceans and threatening marine life.

More than 360 million tons of plastic are produced annually and nearly 13 million tons end up in our oceans each year.

But we can change that. How?

Will McCallum of Greenpeace UK offers a practical guide in his book, “How To Give Up Plastic: A Guide To Changing The World One Plastic Bottle At A Time.

McCallum joins Midday Edition on Tuesday to discuss the impact of plastics on the environment and how people can move away from using single-use plastics.
