On Dec. 2, KPBS conducted a community forum on the subject: "Keeping Our Democracy: What Now?" The virtual event was moderated by KPBS Roundtable host Mark Sauer and featured panelists LaGina Gause, an assistant professor of political science at UC San Diego and Carl Luna, Mesa College political science professor and director of the Institute for Civil Civic Engagement at USD.
