On this episode, we take a trip to Tecate in Baja California to meet the Venezuelen chocolate maker Diego Ceballos, the chief at the helm of Kajkab Chocolate.
We gain some insight into the chocolate making process, from how each bean is carefully harvested, fermented, dried, and molded into a fine delicacy. The tender care Diego puts into his chocolate makes his desserts top notch.
Next, we head to the coast to try the famous seafood "monster taco" packed full of avocado, calamari and carne asada.
