The weather in San Diego County Tuesday will be a little different from what we are used to.
It will be mostly cloudy throughout the county with a slight chance of showers Tuesday morning. In the afternoon it will be partly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Light winds are expected.
Humidity is also expected in the county Tuesday. The humidity is coming from moisture from Tropical Storm Simon as it is spreads north, according to KPBS media partner 10News.
Temperatures will be a bit cooler Tuesday though still in the 80s with temperatures slowly decreasing back to average by midweek, 10News reports. Highs will be between 81 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit near the coast, between 84 and 89 inland, between 85 and 90 in the valleys, between 74 and 82 in the mountains and between 86 and 91 in the deserts.
The chance of measurable precipitation has been set at 20 percent near the coast, 50 percent in the valleys and deserts and 70 percent at the mountains.
