England Charges Former Spy in Litvinenko Murder

The British government is seeking the extradition of a former KGB agent from Russia.

Andrei Lugovoi is accused of poisoning Alexander Litvinenko, also a former KGB agent, in London last year.

So far, the Russian government has refused to turn over Lugovoi to British officials.
