Senior representatives of parties from Northern Ireland and South Africa, including former IRA commander and now deputy first minister of Northern Ireland Martin McGuinness, have been sharing the lessons they learned in the peace process with leading Sunnis and Shia from Iraq.
At a secret gathering in Finland, they all signed a document they call the Helsinki Agreement, which they hope will be a first step toward ending the sectarian violence in Iraq.
