Major Iraqi Contractor Doesn't Pay Taxes

Kellogg Brown & Root, one of the top contractors in Iraq, has managed to avoid paying federal taxes on their more than 21,000 employees. Anthony Brooks talks to reporter Farah Stockman of the Boston Globe about how the company is saving the Department of Defense money but costing programs like Social Security and Medicare.
