Supreme Court: U.S. Courts Lack Authority in Iraq

The court ruled that two U.S. citizens held in Baghdad on terrorism charges cannot challenge their detention in a U.S. court. The justices said that U.S. courts do not have authority over the two men because they are being held abroad by a multinational force, of which the U.S. military is only a part. Alex Cohen talks with NPR's Ari Shapiro about the decision.
