Judges To Decide Minnesota Senate Election

The Senate contest in Minnesota is in the hands of a three-judge panel. The state has been without one of its senators for two months following an election that was so close, it triggered a statewide recount. The recount put Democrat Al Franken ahead of incumbent Republican Norm Coleman by 225 votes.
