Hearing and reading about human rights abuses like the conditions of detainees or international sex trafficking and important. But seeing the conditions that abuse victims endure can make that information crystal clear and undeniable. The Human Rights Watch Film Festival comes to the San Diego Museum of Photographic Arts for a second year. The festival includes six films covering a wide range of human rights issues.
