Toby Keith, the crooner behind country favorites like "Get My Drink On" and "Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue (The Angry American)" is getting ready to kick off his ninth tour with the USO. Like Bob Hope and Marilyn Monroe before him, Keith takes pride in taking time out from his busy schedule to entertain American troops the world over.
Country music website The Boot reports that Keith will visit three countries over the course of 12-days on his latest USO Tour. (The USO doesn't announce specific locations or dates of tours for security reasons.) According to The Boot, Keith has already performed for roughly 159,000 servicemembers during his previous eight USO Tours. He tells The Boot:
If you've never heard a song by Keith, take a look at his touching video for the song "American Soldier."

Editor's Note: I erroneously reported earlier that Keith was a contestant on "Dancing with the Stars." A reader named "LA Fan" pointed out to me Keith merely sang on one episode of the show, and never danced. Thanks, LA Fan!
