The Meaning of Movie Ratings to Be Explained

The Motion Picture Association of America is making some changes to its rating system. Filmmakers have complained the current system is inconsistent, especially for R-rated films.

The MPAA is now promising to provide language explaining to parents why certain movies may not be suitable for children.
