SAN FRANCISCO — Hillary Rodham Clinton is kicking off a series of West Coast appearances this week with a keynote speech at a San Francisco conference for marketing professionals.
The former secretary of state and potential 2016 Democratic presidential candidate is scheduled to address several thousand people on Tuesday afternoon at a customer conference hosted by Marketo, a Silicon Valley maker of marketing software.
Following her speech, Clinton will participate in a question-and-answer session with Marketo chief executive Phil Fernandez.
She is set to be in Portland on Tuesday night to speak to the World Affairs Council of Oregon.
Clinton will be back in California on Thursday, when she is scheduled to appear at San Jose State University as part of a lecture series featuring prominent women.
