A new California law requires county election officials send mail-in ballots to all 20 million of the state's registered voters ahead of the election on November 3, 2020.

False claims being made by President Donald Trump about the validity and security of voting by mail are placing more attention on an issue that has long been standard practice with little to no evidence of fraud in San Diego County.
