Attendees can explore more than 20 fitness and wellness mini-classes including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, dance, meditation, and equipment-based workouts. The festival also features a free community run and walk (a 5K or 2-mile option starting at 8 a.m.), local vendors and brands, recovery services, BINGO with more than 50 prizes, food, drinks, discounts, and giveaways. All ages are welcome, with guests under 16 admitted free of charge. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. The event takes place rain or shine, and each ticket includes access to all classes and experiences.
