By hosting a combined human and pet blood drive, the event highlights the shared importance of blood donation across medical and veterinary care. Community involvement helps ensure hospitals have access to vital blood resources when emergencies arise. The event is open to the public and designed to make participation easy, educational, and impactful. Additional community partners are supporting the event to help expand awareness and participation.
