The immensely popular summer "Salsa Under the Stars" returns this summer to Otay Ranch Town Center in Chula Vista. Running from mid July until mid September, the series will feature the Manny Cepeda Orchestra quartet and offer energetic Latin music and dancing for all ages during the center's popular weekly Farmers Market.
