Ashes & Arrows is a dynamic country/rock duo with roots stretching from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, to the alpine landscapes of Arrowtown, New Zealand. The band’s journey began in 2021 at an open mic night in downtown Asheville, where Ciaran McMeeken and Jonathan Calhoun first crossed paths. A shared passion for songwriting and honest storytelling sparked an instant chemistry, laying the foundation for what would become Ashes & Arrows. In 2024, the band reached a major milestone as semi-finalists on Season 19 of America’s Got Talent. Their performances introduced Ashes & Arrows to a national audience, earning praise for their raw emotion, tight harmonies, and undeniable authenticity. Also in 2024, Ashes & Arrows released their debut album, "Chapter One: The Long Road North." The project marked a major step forward for the band, showcasing their signature blend of heartfelt songwriting and soaring harmonies. Their growing fanbase has followed them on tour across the U.S., where their heartfelt performances continue to leave lasting impressions. Their latest release, "The Pointful Journey" marks the next chapter in their evolving sound.
