In 2024, the band reached a major milestone as semi-finalists on Season 19 of America’s Got Talent. Their performances introduced Ashes & Arrows to a national audience, earning praise for their raw emotion, tight harmonies, and undeniable authenticity. Also in 2024, Ashes & Arrows released their debut album, "Chapter One: The Long Road North." The project marked a major step forward for the band, showcasing their signature blend of heartfelt songwriting and soaring harmonies. Their growing fanbase has followed them on tour across the U.S., where their heartfelt performances continue to leave lasting impressions. Their latest release, "The Pointful Journey" marks the next chapter in their evolving sound.   • Connessa Collective welcomes Mbira Renaissance, an award-winning Zimbabwean fusion band based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada whose music creatively melds the sounds of the mbira, a traditional instrument of the Shona people of Zimbabwe, with guitars, keyboard, and brass instruments. Their sound is a unique blend, with splashes of reggae, Afro-jazz, Chimurenga and Afro-pop. Mbira Renaissance recently released their full-length album "Roto," and we are excited to partner with New Village Arts to celebrate this ensemble's expertise and global perspective.
