Hosted by Moores Cancer Center at UC San Diego Health, the two-day event begins with the Legends of Science Oncology Symposium on Friday, August 14, featuring keynote speaker Kevan M. Shokat, PhD, alongside renowned experts discussing breakthroughs in precision oncology, AI, drug discovery and next-generation clinical trials. On Saturday, August 15, the tradition continues with the 33rd Annual Legends of Surfing Invitational, bringing together world-class surfers, scientists, cancer survivors and supporters to raise critical funds for groundbreaking cancer research and compassionate patient care.
