His work blends classical French training layered with a Southern California point of view. He has won several Food Network competitions, including Halloween Wars and Holiday Wars, and was featured in the reality television baking series Bake Squad on Netflix. Earlier this summer, he appeared on Food Network’s new series Super Mega Cakes, hosted by Duff Goldman.
