Senators urge U.S. postmaster general to reopen Imperial County post office

Some of California’s top lawmakers in Washington D.C. are urging the U.S. Postmaster General to reopen the post office in Niland, a small town in the Imperial Valley. KPBS’ Kori Suzuki recently reported that residents have been cut off from daily access to the mail for more than two years.
