Public Integrity Unit to Investigate Political Corruption

Tom Fudge: The local news of the past several years has been full of stories of political corruption. And most of the high-profile stuff has been prosecuted by our region's U.S. attorney. But now the San Diego district attorney has created a special unit to investigate and prosecute cases of official corruption. Last week, San Diego D.A. Bonnie Dumanis announced the formation of the Special Operations Division.
