City officials say its okay to drink tap water in northeastern San Diego once again. A boil-water order that was in effect this weekend was lifted yesterday.
Restaurants were also allowed to re-open. The order was issued Saturday after E-Coli was found in tap water at a home in Rancho Penasquitos near a water main break last week. Health officials are still trying to figure out where the bacteria came from.
