Tom Fudge : Thanksgiving is tomorrow, and it’s one of those days where most people try to do something special for dinner. But the traditional centerpiece, turkey, is hard to do well. And believe it or not, some people would rather have something else. We’ll talk with two prominent San Diego chefs about making a decent Thanksgiving meal, whether it’s traditional or not.
