With Valentines Day on the way, food is on the mind. Well speak with Chef Bernard Guillas, executive chef of the Marine Room in La Jolla, about dinner ideas at home or out to eat.

Tom Fudge: There's always a good reason for a special feast. And next week’s Valentine's Day is a fine excuse. The annual celebration of love and romance may call for an elegant dinner for two at a fancy restaurant. Or, perhaps, a special effort to make something extraordinary at home.

Chef Bernard Guillas is the executive chef of the Marine Room in La Jolla. He joins me in studio to talk about cooking, and to answer your questions.
