San Diego is bracing for booming growth. The city's development plan shows 360,000 new residents over the next twenty years. But the question remains of whether the city is prepared to protect the environment during such a surge. The state attorney general is challenging the city to reduce greenhouse gases that cause global warming. Heather Hill spoke with Voice of San Diego reporter Rob Davis about the attorney general's criticism -- and the city's response.
