Reverse 9-1-1 is being used to issue evacuation orders to 1,095 Harmony Grove households.

In North County residents may still evacuate to Mission Hills Church in San Marcos, 400 Mission Hills Court, where anywhere from 120 to 190 people spent Monday night. The site is being operated with the help of Escondido city recreational staff, and volunteers are needed to help serve meals on Wednesday.

Escondido is also still directing evacuated residents to Mission Hills High School, 1 Mission Hills Ct., also in San Marcos.

Calvin Christian School in Escondido, with some 200 people spending the night there on Monday, is at capacity, Escondido spokeswoman Joyce Masterson said. Escondido High School, with more than 1,200 people camped out there Monday night, is also at capacity.

The city of Escondido is planning a fifth evacuation center, which will be announced later this afternoon as soon as it is ready, Masterson said.
