Tom Fudge: Yesterday, high-level talks between India and Pakistan grew tense as Indian officials demanded that Pakistan hand over 20 fugitives. The Indian government says they are people who are linked to the terrorist violence in Mumbai that killed between 170 and 180 people. Six Americans are said to be among the dead. Last week's violence was the latest in many attacks that have made those two countries long-time enemies. It also illustrates how Pakistan has become very fertile soil for Islamic terrorism.
