New Restaurants Continue to Open Despite Downward Economy
Maureen Cavanaugh: The downturn in real estate, the stock market plunge, the credit crunch and job layoffs are all part of what is being called the worst economic crisis facing the US since the Great Depression. So, how about opening a new restaurant? While most of us would say, that's crazy talk, there are a few brave entrepreneurs who are doing just that in San Diego. After all, despite the bad economy, we've still gotta eat.
