U.S. Troops Strained by Peacekeeping Role in Iraq

The switch from combat operations to peacekeeping duties is placing new mental-health stresses on American forces in Iraq. Army health experts say daily attacks from Iraqi resisters, coupled with the uncertainty surrounding the length of their deployment, are taking a heavy emotional toll on some U.S. troops. NPR's Deborah Amos reports.
