Documents Trace Early U.S.-Iraq Dealings

Newly declassified documents from the 1980s shed more light on Iraq's complicated relationship with the United States. The papers include instructions to Donald Rumsfeld -- then a special envoy under President Reagan -- on how to talk to Saddam Hussein about Iraq's use of chemical weapons.
