U.S. Struggles to Build Iraqi TV Network

U.S. efforts to establish a credible Iraqi broadcast news and entertainment network have fallen far short of expectations. Many Iraqis see the content as state-controlled propaganda. The Bush administration hopes a new approach -- and an additional $96 million -- will help. NPR's Eric Westervelt reports.
