Israel Claims Pre-Emptive Strikes Prevent Suicide Attacks

Israeli intelligence and military officials say they have made significant progress in efforts to curb Palestinian suicide attacks. Officials attribute their success to a decision made almost two years ago to launch pre-emptive attacks on suspects in Palestinian-ruled territory in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. NPR's Peter Kenyon reports.
