Hutton Report Blames BBC in Iraq Scandal

An inquiry finds that British Prime Minister Tony Blair and his staff did not force British intelligence agencies to assert that Saddam Hussein's government could launch a missile strike within 45 minutes, a suggestion that bolstered the case for war in Iraq. In the aftermath of the BBC's report last May, former U.N. weapons inspector David Kelly committed suicide. NPR's Guy Raz reports.
