Tax worries are almost non-existent in wealthy Dubai, where residents pay no income tax. And Dubai is the focus of our last word in business today. A planned skyscraper there, will offer every resident the same view.
That's because the whole thing, top to bottom, will rotate nonstop. To keep residents from getting dizzy, those 360-degree views will move at the rate of about 52 degrees per day.
