Aid Slow to Arrive in Cyclone-Damaged Myanmar

Three weeks after a cyclone devastated parts of the Southeast Asian country of Myanmar, much-needed aid has yet to arrive. Gordon Bacon, emergency response coordinator of the International Rescue Committee, talks with Scott Simon about international efforts to get help to the region.
