Navy Secretary Ray Mabus presented the Navy Cross yesterday to the parents of Lance Cpl. Donald J. Hogan at a special Camp Pendleton ceremony. Hogan, 20, had been assigned to the 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment which is based at Camp Pendleton. The Pentagon Channel just released video of the Navy Cross ceremony:
