Video of Navy Cross Ceremony at Camp Pendleton

Navy Secretary Ray Mabus presented the Navy Cross yesterday to the parents of Lance Cpl. Donald J. Hogan at a special Camp Pendleton ceremony. Hogan, 20, had been assigned to the 1 st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment which is based at Camp Pendleton. The Pentagon Channel just released video of the Navy Cross ceremony:
