Merits of Bush's Job Training Plan Debated

In a campaign swing through Ohio and Arizona Wednesday, President Bush proposes spending $250 million to help community colleges train workers in high-demand fields. Colleges and other experts welcome Bush's plan, but say there are already more people looking for training than existing programs can accommodate. NPR's Anthony Brooks reports.
