A high percentage of white Democrats would support John McCain, according to a new poll from the Pew Research Center.
The poll also found that a large percentage of Americans say they would support a continued American presence in Iraq based on our progress there — sign that the troop surge is being seen as successful.
The survey also contains both good and bad news for Sen. Barack Obama, who has taken the lead among Democratic primary voters. Robert Siegel talks with Andy Kohut, President of the Pew Research Center.
